Please note: We do not accept UPS QR Codes from Amazon. However, you can easily cancel the QR code and Send us the Pre-Paid Shipping Label by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Cancel the QR Code Return

Log into Your Amazon Account: Visit Amazon.com and sign in with your account credentials.
- Go to Your Orders: Look for "Your Orders" located at the top right corner of the page (on your computer) or at the bottom of your Amazon app (on your mobile) after clicking on the little person icon.
- Locate the Item with the QR Code Return: Scroll through your orders to find the item for which you initiated the return using a QR code.
- Click on 'View Return/Refund Status': For the item you're returning, you’ll see the option to "View return /refund status". Click on it.
- Manage & Cancel the Return:On the next screen, you'll see the details of the return, including the option to "Manage" your return. Go there and click on "Cancel Return." Click this to cancel the return request. This will remove the QR code option.
Step 2: Re-Initiate the Return and Send to a Friend
- Re-Initiate the Return Process: After canceling the QR code return, go back to the "Your Orders" section, locate the item again, and click "Return or Replace Items" to start a new return process.
- Choose the Return Reason: Select the reason for returning the item as you did before (For example, "Inaccurate website description").
- Select if the item was used or not (If prompted). Any option will be okay. Ignore this if not prompted.
- Enter a brief message regarding the reason for your return. (For example, "Does not work as stated")
- Continue to Return Options: Amazon may ask you if they can "Make it right", whether or not that is prompted, simply click on "Continue to return options."
- Select your refund method.
- Select How to return your items (UPS DROPOFF) ***Very Important*** When prompted for how you want to return the item, select "UPS DROPOFF" (Free), then Confirm it. This is a return option that offers a pre-paid shipping label (like "UPS Dropoff Box and Label Needed" or "Box and Printer Required"). Do not choose the QR code option this time. Then Confirm your return. Share Label (Send to a Friend): On the next page, scroll to look for an option that says "Share Label," then select the "Send to a Friend" Option.
- Enter Our Email Address: You will be prompted to enter our email address. Type or copy the following email and paste it in the Required email address box: postnparcel1@gmail.com then click on "Send Email."
- All Done!:
Amazon will generate a shipping label and send it to us. We will print the label and safely attach it to the package for return at no cost to you!
